PresidentMartha Akinjagunla is a dedicated and passionate leader serving as the President of Purple-Wellness Initiatives. With a strong background in advocacy, healthcare, and community development, she has been instrumental in driving positive change and ensuring equal opportunities for those facing these health challenges. As president, Martha envisions a future where individuals living with disabilities, Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS have equal opportunities, access to quality healthcare, and are fully included in society. She’s committed to continuing her efforts in raising awareness, advocating for policy changes, and expanding the organization’s reach to positively impact more lives.

Olalekan Funmilola (He)
Advisory ChairHis passionate role is to provide guidance and strategic direction to the PWI. He works closely with the organization’s leadership team to develop and implement advocacy initiatives that promote inclusivity, access to healthcare, and equal opportunities for individuals living with disabilities, Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS.

Clara Obahor
Education and PreventionWith a strong background in public health and community outreach, her main goal is to develop and implement effective educational programs and prevention strategies to support the community members at large. She dedicated herself to raising awareness, providing resources, and promoting inclusivity in order to enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by these conditions.

Dusu Mansaray
Treatment CoordinatorPossess excellent interpersonal skills and have a compassionate approach towards patient care, she understands the challenges faced by individuals living with disabilities or chronic illnesses and provide emotional support throughout their treatment journey. With a strong background in healthcare and a passion for helping others, she’s committed to ensuring that every person receives the highest quality care and access to necessary resources. Dedicated to providing comprehensive support and assistance to individuals in need.

Helen Olu-Anthony
Media and Technical DirectorHelen Olu-Anthony is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in media production, technical direction, and project management. He has a strong background in working with underserved communities, particularly those affected by disabilities, hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS. she has dedicated er career to using her skills to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Riche Adewusi
Strategic and Project CoordinatorRiche Adewusi is a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator at Purple-Wellness Initiatives, focused on providing support and resources to individuals living with disabilities, Hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS. He has worked extensively with various communities and organizations to create awareness, advocate for policy changes, and implement programs that promote the well-being of those affected by these conditions.

Mercy Itohan Osayi
Board Member: Mentorship/Leadership DevelopmentMentorship /Leadership Development: Mercy Itohan Osayi is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment and development. She is the founder and president of Women of Dignity International (WODI), a non-profit organization that provides support and resources to women, youths, seniors, and families in Canada. Osayl's work is inspired by her own personal experiences as a woman growing up in Nigeria, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges and barriers that women face. Osayi has a strong background in public relations, customer protection, and counseling. She has worked with a variety of organizations, including The Quadrant Public Relations, LAPO Microfinance Bank, and Culture Link community services. Osayi's skills, education, and experience have prepared her well for her role as a champion for women's empowerment. She is a skilled communicator, a strategic thinker, and a compassionate advocate. Mercy Osayi is the perfect person for the leadership/ mentorship development, helping us to make a real difference in the lives of women and girls in Canada.
